Personalized & Group Yoga Therapy

We specialize in yoga therapy tailored for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, thyroid issues, diabetes, and more. Our group sessions also foster community support and motivation, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and inner calm.

Morning Timings are

5-6 AM, 6-7AM, 7-8AM, 8-9AM

Evening Timings

4-5 PM, 5-6 PM, 6-7 PM, 7-8 PM

For PT Our Timings are flexible.

With multiple batches available from early morning to late evening, our class schedule fits conveniently into your daily routine. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes asanas, pranayama, and meditation.

Weekly Schedule Regular Yoga classes

Monday – Body Opening & Postural Corrections

  • Warm-up & alignment corrections – posture corrections
  •  Leg stretching series (hamstring, quads, calves)
  •  Spinal mobility & chest opening

Tuesday – Hatha Yoga (Body Toning)

  • Static holds with timed repetitions
  • Each asana: *1 min hold* (20 sec + 20 sec + 20 sec)
  • Focus: *Stomach, back, legs, body tone*
  • Aerial practice*: Headstand variation

Wednesday – Iyengar Yoga (Props & Depth)

  • Alignment-based body opening
  • Long holds using props (belt, blocks, wall)
  • Iyengar *holistic series* for posture correction
  • Aerial yoga* for flexibility & balance

Thursday – Strength & Conditioning

  • Push-ups (variations)
    Sit-ups & core strengthening
  • Plank variations (side, forearm, dynamic)
  • Animal walks (bear, crab, frog)
  • Functional cardio (jumping jacks, mountain climbers)

Friday – Ashtanga / Vinyasa Flow

  • 10 mins* warm-up
  • 30 mins* flow practice (dynamic sequences)
  • 20 mins* pranayama + face yoga

Saturday – Stretching & Relaxation, Recover missed class
